If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our platform. For users under the age of 18, parental or guardian consent is required. By registering a minor account, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on behalf of the minor and assumes full responsibility for their use of the platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Bideyaboost provides a comprehensive educational ecosystem designed to support students throughout their academic journey, particularly those in 1ère année secondaire and BAC level studies. Our Platform Services Include: **Educational Support**: Access to qualified teachers and subject matter experts who provide personalized guidance, tutoring sessions, and academic consultations across various BAC sections including Économie et Gestion, Sciences de l'Informatique, Sciences Expérimentales, Mathématiques, Lettres, Sciences Techniques, and Sport. **Video Meeting Sessions**: Interactive one-on-one or group sessions with educators and experts through our integrated video conferencing system, allowing real-time learning and collaboration. **Event Management**: Participation in educational events, webinars, workshops, and seminars organized by our team, partner universities, or educational clubs. **Progress Tracking**: Tools for students and parents to monitor academic progress, session history, and learning milestones through detailed analytics and reporting. **University Guidance**: Access to our comprehensive university database and expert consultations to help students make informed decisions about their higher education paths. **Community Features**: Messaging system for communication with educators, participation in educational clubs, and networking with peers. **Subscription Plans**: Various pack offerings tailored to different educational needs, ranging from free basic access to premium subscription plans with enhanced features. We strive to maintain high-quality services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service access.

3. User Registration

To access our services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. **Account Types**: We offer different account types including Student, Teacher, Expert, Admin, Club, and Parent accounts. Each role has specific privileges and responsibilities within the platform. **Registration Requirements**: • You must provide a valid email address for account verification • You must create a secure password meeting our security standards • You must complete email verification within the specified timeframe • You must provide truthful information about your educational level, name, and other required details • Students must accurately indicate their educational level (1ère or BAC) and, if applicable, their BAC section **Email Verification**: All new accounts require email verification. You will receive a verification code that must be entered within 10 minutes. Failure to verify your email will prevent platform access until verification is completed. **Authentication Methods**: You may register using email/password or through Google Sign-In. By using Google authentication, you authorize us to access your basic Google profile information. **Parent-Student Connection**: Parents can connect to their children's accounts using unique invitation codes. This feature allows parents to monitor academic progress while respecting student privacy. Students must approve parent connection requests. **Account Security**: You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breaches • Using strong passwords and updating them regularly **Account Restrictions**: • One person may not maintain multiple accounts without authorization • Account sharing is strictly prohibited • Accounts created with false information may be suspended or terminated • Users under 18 must have parental consent We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

5. User Conduct
